This policy explains what information Therapeutic Atlas collects through this website, our email list, our free training and our Inner Circle mentorship group, and how we use it. If you have any questions, email Kim at kim@therapeuticatlas.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers therapeuticatlas.com, our sign-up and request forms, the emails we send, and the Therapeutic Atlas Inner Circle on Skool. It does not cover client information that a therapist enters into the Therapeutic Atlas app or client portal. If you have questions about that, please contact us at the email above.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you sign up for the free training or request The Works, we collect what you type into the form, such as your first name, email address and practice website.
• Emails you send us. If you reply to an email or contact us, we keep that message so we can respond.
• Basic website data. Like most websites, ours uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, measure visits and understand which pages are useful. This can include your browser type, device and the pages you view.

Please do not send us any client information or personal health information through our forms or by email.

Our free mental health tools

To use our free mental health tools, you sign up with your first name and email. We use your email to give you access and, only if you tick the box to agree, to send you mental health tips and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What you type into the tools (for example your check-ins, thought records or safety plan) is saved only in your own browser, on your own device. It is never sent to us or stored on our servers. If you choose “Email to my therapist,” your own email app sends it directly to the person you choose. Regular email is not fully private, so share only what you are comfortable with.

How we use it

• To send you the free training you asked for, and a short series of follow-up emails about it.
• To prepare and deliver The Works if you requested it, and to follow up with you about it.
• To tell you about the Inner Circle mentorship group and other offers we think may be useful to you.
• To answer your questions and improve our website and trainings.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

We rely on a few trusted services to run things. They handle your information on our behalf, under their own privacy and security practices:

• Aspire Builder Pro, our forms, email and contact-management platform.
• YouTube, which hosts our training video. When you watch it, YouTube may set its own cookies.
• Skool, which hosts the Inner Circle group and processes membership payments. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Our website host and WordPress tools, which keep the site running and secure and provide basic visit statistics.

Some of these services may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• See, correct or delete your information. Email kim@therapeuticatlas.com and we will help.
• Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact information while you are on our email list or working with us. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will remove it, except where we need to keep a record (for example, that you unsubscribed, so we don’t email you again).

Keeping it safe

We use reputable services and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive information by email.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
