See also our <a href=\"https:\/\/therapeuticatlas.com\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kim Lavigne, person in charge of the protection of personal information:<\/strong> approves this policy, answers access and complaint requests, keeps the incident register, does privacy impact assessments, and approves any new service that handles personal information. Contact: <a href=\"mailto:kim@therapeuticatlas.com\">kim@therapeuticatlas.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Anyone who works with Therapeutic Atlas<\/strong> (contractors, assistants, editors): signs a confidentiality agreement before getting access, uses only the information needed for their task, and reports any incident to Kim the same day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Collect only what we need for a stated purpose, with consent.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Never collect clients\u2019 health information. The free tools and the Atlas app keep entries on the user\u2019s device.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Default to the most private setting.
